This property is remarkable and as pictured!!! We shot a lot of our film outdoors with plenty diverse terrain and backdrops to make each scene feel like an entirely difference place. Brian was a pleasure to work with and was a great help with the golf cart add-on especially. He made himself available to myself and team throughout our booking and was very responsive in the planning stage as well. Things to note/ film hack: for shoots requiring clean audio, it is worth while to download a flight tracker app to know when planes will pass overhead with this location being close to Atlanta airport. We were there from 7am-10pm on a Saturday and was able to work around it with this saving grace. We enjoyed everything about this property and would absolutely book again..

Wow! This place is such an exceptional gem. Literally from the location and various points of interest all around the property there was an endless amount of room for fun and creativity and I most definitely can’t wait to come back and use the venue again. Brian was awesome and literally got back to us in a millisecond for anything that we needed and it was greatly appreciated, we had a such a great time!

Brian is a very helpful and friendly host. He provided some local tips and really prioritized our comfort. We enjoyed walking the trails and it was a peaceful area. My kids LOVED air hockey, and we all enjoyed the arcade games. The house is rustic with a bit of a log cabin vibe.

We had a great experience at Brian’s. Spent lots of time on the silver comet trail. Had a fabulous dinner at Bella’s, and spent some time in Marietta. Wish we could have met Brian in person. Seems like a wonderful man. Next time for sure.

Brian is an amazing host. He is easy to contact and communicate with. His response time is great. The house is beautiful and so is the land. The pond is just a dream and great for fishing. Stop scrolling this is the perfect place and for the price OMG, this is everything it says and that it is. Game room and a surprise in the den (ill let you find out gamers). Very Clean especially to be surrounded by beautiful nature. Plus tvs everywhereeeeee and mirrors it’s a man/womens dream

We had an absolute awesome time at Brian’s place. We were there for a longer stay and did find the kitchen to be a little difficult to maneuver for daily cooking, just due to the abundance of things on the counter and the storage drawers not being operable but we were still able to do what we needed. Brian was fantastic at communicating and super quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had. The pond and land was so nice to be able to walk around and explore and the location was very convenient to Atlanta and nearby stores where we could get necessities. Sometimes there’s traffic on the road nearby and the occasional ground keeper stopping by but we loved the privacy and would definitely recommend a stay here!

This property is amazing and beautiful. Your family or just a couple would love this little hide away. On acres of land and the home is fully stock for all your needs. Your fur babies will also enjoy as ours loved the land and all the trails!!!
The property is peaceful and you can just unwind and relax. I loved how there are TVs just everywhere in the home. You can relax in the living room, dining area or on either of the two private screened in patios. The property has a lot to offer.
