The serenity of the trails and lake often make you forget that you are only 25 minutes outside of the beautiful City of Atlanta and 15 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Roughly 100-125 cars can park comfortably on the property.
What is the maximum number of occupants allowed @BeaneAcres?
We accept events of up to 250-350 occupants comfortably.
Is there housing available @BeaneAcres?
Yes, there’s a 2bed/1bath cottage located on the south campus. There’s another 3bed/2bath cabin available on the north campus. 1 or both houses can be rented for overnight stays. See rates
How much does it cost to rent the cottage and/or cabin overnight?
Rates vary based on season, week nights or weekend availability. The cottage ranges from $149/per night. The cabin rents for $199 per night.
Are pets allowed @BeaneAcres?
Yes pets are allowed. There is a $99 pet fee assessed at the cottage and a $149 pet fee assessed at the cabin.
Is fishing allowed @BeaneAcres?
Yes, fishing is allowed at no cost. The lake is 30 feet deep and fully stocked with Bass, Brim, Catfish and Crappy.
Are the golf cats on the premises for rent?
Yes, the 6 seater golf cart rents for $149. The 8 seater golf cart rents for $199.
Are the ATVS available for rent?
No, the ATVS are for staff only.
Is the Jon Boat available to rent?
Yes, the Jon Boat rents for $99 and all occupants must wear life jackets (provided) at all times.
Are BBQ grills available @BeaneAcres?
Yes, 1 charcoal grill and 1 gas grill are available free of charge.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed @BeaneAcres?
Consumption of alcohol is allowed by adults 21 years and over; however, no sale of alcohol is permitted.
How much does it cost to rent @BeaneAcres?
The Cottage - 10 Acres + 2 Bed/1 Bath:
1/2 Day (4-6hrs) = $925 (Includes your set up and clean up)
1 Day (7-12hrs) = $1650 (Includes your set up and clean up)
The Cabin - 10 Acres + 3 Bed/2 Bath:
1/2 Day (4-6hrs) = $1150 (Includes your set up and clean up)
1 Day (7-12hrs) = $1950 (Includes your set up and clean up)

Is a deposit required to confirm my reservation?
Yes, A $500 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full along with a signed contract 7 days prior to your event.

The property has been used for events and clients ranging from The Ga Lottery, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Valvoline Oil Magazine Shoots, movie productions, festivals, birthday celebrations, banquets, concerts and vendor/food truck events.
